What’s up guys! I hope you are not too busy to pay a few minutes to this topic, are you? Sorry for interfering with you, but I think I have some info on how to organize your insanely busy life.

I don’t know on what stage of business are you, either you are a businessman or a student, or just a mommy who tries to keep her children behave, or you’re just leading a lazy cat lifestyle, it all means you are still busy.

What is the right solution to cope with all the stuff you have to do? Let me suggest you look through the apps that will surely help you in any area of your life, business, studying, relaxing, or doing nothing. Wanna see? C’mon, I’ll show you.

Seeking apps that could come in handy in organizing your everyday plans I decided to classify them into apps that will help to work in a team, organizing your life, time management, and operating your finances.
Let’s start from the beginning.

A well-known Trello is a lifesaver for a team, it’s a must-have for those who wanna do more, effectively collaborating within a team. Using Trello you can customize the board with your projects and distribute people to the attached tasks.

When a task is accomplished you can mark it for others to know your progress. What’s more, Trello can cooperate with other apps such as Dropbox, Evernote, Slack, and others.

You might think that Slack looks like a simple chatroom, but it has many more functions such as allowing you to configure channels for your team, particular projects, and any topics you want to discuss within.

You can leap from one channel to another, send private messages, and share the files you want. If that is not enough for you there is a bazillion of third-party apps that make Slack a Swiss army knife in the world of messengers.

Skype seems to have been around for many years, any person knows what Skype is. If you need to stay in touch with your teammates, who don’t work in the same building with you, this will be a proper tool to use. Skype enables us to have different voice, or video calls, and conferences.

Basecamp

Generally, Basecamp with its functions relates to Trello. This app has pretty the same principles of work which help you to set up and handle varied projects including message boards, schedules, to-do lists, and shared files. Basecamp provides great support that’s why it is recommended for using to simplify your life.

Useful apps to help in organizing your life

Life is full of emergency stuff you have to cope with, but it relates not only to work or business but to your everyday life out of the office. When your life is in order you feel satisfied with an accomplished task. So, I want you to get acquainted with some useful apps for helping you to track all the things you have to do.

Todoist

The name of this app shows that this is actually a to-do list app that allows you to set up any lists of tasks you like and note your ideas. Moreover, it will also help you in building up your habits and priorities in goals.

Pocket

What a legit thing the internet can provide us with is unlimited access to the info we can absorb. Sometimes you need to save any file or content from the internet you are interested in and to look through it later, Pocket is the right app that allows saving particular pieces of interesting content you can focus on later.

Evernote

This simple exploiting app was created for all kinds of users, it doesn’t matter if you are an advanced user or just a freshman. Evernote is an elementary app that helps you in making quick notes, creating a to-do list, writing down ideas, and more.

If you wanna stay productive, managing your finances plays a great role in it. So, I decided to mention one, but the most effective app for helping you to cope with your money.

FreshBooks

FreshBooks is a valuable app for those who are used to control their own finances. This app keeps track of incomes, expenses, and processes payments. What is more, FreshBooks allows you to not only manage your finances but to save time, because it lets you see how much time you’re spending on projects and customers.

For summing up all the information above I’d like to tell you that busy life makes us think of additional handy apps that will help us in different areas of life. The apps I’ve mentioned above are the best for people who want to control their daily life.
